315 Restaurant Wine Bar - Santa Fe

Food, ambience, service and value were all first rate. Mussels, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, stuffed squash blossoms, mango crepes, chocolate lava cake were great. Food and wine were very fairly priced. Our server was professional and cordial, and the bussers were efficient. What more can you ask? Will certainly go back. Soon.

Stopped in to eat at the high tables before a show in town. Had the salmon rillettes, salad and seafood stew with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Everything was fresh, tasty and a perfect light pre-show bite to eat.

The food was outstanding, the waitstaff was attentive and exceptional, and the atmosphere was just right.

I had a great experience at Bistro 315, one of my favorite restaurants in Santa Fe. The cocktail I ordered, a rose served by the glass, was delightful. The salad was excellent as well. However, the skewered shrimp appetizer I chose was quite tough and chewy, which was disappointing. On a positive note, our server, Sophia, was fantastic—she even called to remind me that I had left my umbrella behind. I always enjoy my meals here and frequently recommend this place to others. Thank you for being such a wonderful spot!

The food. Was lovely. The spaces charming. We were very relaxed. The service was perfect.
