Przekaż informację zwrotnąI wonder if the ownership has changed, as the restaurant used to be consistently friendly and good! However, since it reopened last year, that hasn’t been the case. My recent visit resulted in a two-star rating, which I think is quite generous. I ordered takeout, and when I got home, I found that the burrito was mostly just rice with very little else and lacked any flavor. I called to let them know and was told they were really busy, which resulted in orders being thrown together rather than made according to the recipe. There was no manager available at the time, so I called back later when one was expected, but still nothing happened. I ended up calling two more times with no success in reaching a manager and no clear way to get in touch. I left my number for a callback, but still heard nothing. The customer service in this situation was definitely lacking! I left without any resolution, feeling like I wasted my money, and I don’t plan on returning.
I miss the old Planet Fresh! The food used to be full of flavor and excitement, but now it feels bland and lacking vitality. I do appreciate that the dishes aren't greasy—it's truly unmatched in that regard—but I really wish they had more pizzazz!
Yes, all the food looks and tastes quite similar; I couldn't tell the difference between the chicken tostada and the chicken dish.

This is not what it used to be. Quality is awful! Service is even worse. The burrito was tasteless, undercooked, and took a long time to make. Waited about 1 hour for three orders (2 burritos and one quesadilla). The service was also disappointing. A friend received the wrong item ordered a quesadilla and was given a burrito instead. No apologies or explanation just basically was handed the wrapped item in foil and told it 's food! Right. But when you pay for something you expect to receive what is ordered and paid for! The place also looks unclean and unsanitary. I 'm sorry this isn 't the hit hot spot for burritos in Santa Cruz any more. And that Covid health measures aren 't being followed as they should (face coverings, cleaning pens, counters after each customer etc). I 'm glad we haven 't had any health problems following our visit, other than the disappointing experience.
