Starbucks - Santa Clara

I really enjoy visiting this place. The baristas are incredibly friendly, but I want to give a special shout-out to Cat. Her vibrant smile and positive attitude truly brightened my day. Thank you, Cat, and to the whole Starbucks team for your amazing effort in creating a great experience for customers.

This was my first time ordering here. The shop wasn't busy, yet it took 18 minutes for my mobile order to be ready, and that was just for a simple cold brew coffee. Had I not asked the barista about the status of my order, I have a feeling it would have taken even longer.

I drove for 10 minutes to reach Starbucks, only to find that they were closed at 5:30 p.m. Google indicates that they should be open until 7:30 p.m., so it's important to keep your hours updated to avoid confusing your customers. I really enjoy Starbucks coffee, but because you closed 2 hours early, I missed out on my visit.

This starbucks has a great staff, and they should all be given raises.
