Noah's Ny Bagels - Santa Clara

This location is having bagel availability issues. I ordered a bag of chocolate chips on their app to collect but the order wasn't there when I arrived. I wait and wait and wait... Finally someone asks what I'm waiting for. I told them my name and my order, and come to find out they didn't have any New Chocolate Chip Bagels. On a Saturday morning. Would have been nice to know when I ordered. This wasn't the first time they'd been out of certain bagels on Saturday morning.

Dear Noahs. But this special place is screwed up on so many levels! They can easily make you wait for 10 minutes while they just casually walk around like it's not their job. They all look unhappy and reluctant and always, and I mean it, EVERY SINGLE TIME I was there, they forgot something or something was wrong, or they forgot to tell me they were out of my bagels and just keep going lazy was. Worst staff I've ever seen. Waste your money and time, they will kill your mood

A very good service. I'm only person in the store and no one visit me to take my order. The staff is busy chatting and laughing until additional people enter the store. then it takes another ten minutes to process my order which is just 2 basic bagels. even they are not sure if they have the order i need, i can clearly see they have it. Skip this place if your time is important to you.

Horrible service, I work for doordash and came in this morning for an order that was supposed to be ready. (They were super slow I don't see why it wasn't.)The two young ladies that were working looked straight at me, didn't acknowledge me for a few minutes so I unassigned the dash. Maybe a customer service training should be held at some point for the ones who don't know how to greet people. 3/7/22

Need to hire another hand here, workers seemed very busy, however I was the only one actually inside and it took over 25 minutes to get a bagel sandwich. It was hot and tasty but you have to plan ahead unless you have an extra half hour!
