Panino Montecito - Santa Barbara

This place is delicious! I got the chicken paillard with green olivey sauce and lemon plus the chicory salad, potato salad, and rice. All of the items I ordered were gluten free which was amazing! They don't label gluten free on their online ordering site (wish they did! , but the in restaurant menu is clearly labeled. Everything was super tasty great flavors and textures. The restaurant itself is adorable with lots of delicate pinks, brass, light wood, and marble. We sat outside on their patio and took in the sunshine. It's a great location in the Montecito Country Mart. The staff was lovely and welcoming too. I really hope they write a cookbook I would buy it in a heartbeat!

Wow. Merci truly made our trip from LA .. so much so that we ate here for lunch twice in three days! Everything was beyond ... from the perfectly curated menu and delicious food to the staff and reasonably priced wine, we will be back every time we visit. Unique, charming, and tasty .. thanks for being a gem Merci!

Maybe my bad luck. My pastry was so pretty in the shelf but the taste didn't match. The oranges on top were gristly and the entire piece lacked flavor. I could only eat half of it. I had a cold brew with a splash of oat milk which was okay, not great but certainly drinkable.May try them again. Order something else and see if I have better results. Service was fast and good.

This is best pastry I’ve had in my entire life. I was hesitant to enter as it was just me and my infant out on a early run to vons. I was tempted by a citrus pastry and oh my what an experience. It was worth the shame of entering in my pajamas 10/10 go ahead and save this.

The sweetest most loveliest humans run this amazing shop. 100% must go if you are ever in Montecito!
