This place is closed. I made reservations by Open Table for Valentine's Day and my husband and I ended up going in the cold wind to find something to eat! Very disappointing!!! I don't understand why Umami Burger doesn't have the power to update her records and why Open Table books people when there is no room to go.
This restaurant has permanently closed. Reservations are not being accepted.
The food at this restaurant was excellent, but the decor felt lacking compared to other Umami Burgers I've visited.
New management is evident and nothing is parallel to the Umami Burger of pre-Covid. Names of items remain the same, but buyer beware: nothing tastes, looks, or is presented the same… even down to the sauces. Pono has just been bumped up a spot for the westside.
