Sazon - Santa Ana

Over the past 30 years, we have tried most of the fine dining restaurants in Santa Fe and have had some wonderful dining experiences. However Sazon surpasses them all. Everything from the cocktails to the main entree was exceptional. It's no surprise that Chef received the Beard award.

Our favorite place to dine in Santa Fe! Enjoyed a wonderful birthday celebration with friends, and Chef Olea and his team did not disappoint. The signature soup, the cholula, ahhhh…everything was superb as always. Thank you to all the staff, and looking forward to seeing you in late September!

Absolutely one of the best meals I have ever had in my life, and I have been all over the world. From each cocktail, appetizer, and entree it reminded me of wonderful memories of family recipes but with an exceptional twist of flavor and creativity. Other patronages dining were very friendly and made the dining experience fun and memorable. Try the soup, try everything! Our wonderful waitress Chana (apologies if misspelled) was fabulous! Make a reservation in advance and enjoy every moment!

Excellent! One of the best meals we have had in our 36 years of marriage. They are so willing to work with dietary restrictions. The tenderloin was perfect. Hubby had lamb with squash and could not stop raving about both. Highly recommend the food and experience!!
