Sassella - Santa Ana

We shared 4 courses: Affettati Misti, Pasta Special, Wild Boar scaloppini, Tartufo and enjoyed a Negroni a Vespa with a glass of wine each. Perfect meal.

Eating was incredible. Presentation was exquisite and the service was impeccable. Overall a wonderful experience and will go back.

Great location to celebrate my wife's birthday. Service was excellent all employees were well trained to make it special. The Auberginenparmigiana was one of the best we ever had, and the boss Christian sent special treats for the birthday boy. Everything we had food and wine was excellently disappointed.

What a great experience! We wanted to have a really nice meal on holiday and Sassella did not disappoint! The food was delicious and the presentation was nice. Our server Arturo was amazing, very friendly and had great suggestions!

Simply put, our meal last night was the finest Italian cuisine we have ever had (including our travels to Italy)! We are foodies and love eating in fine restaurants and thought that our meal at Sassella was perfect from start to finish. The two appetizers that we started with were incredible: one with thinly sliced golden pears, goat cheese, pistachio nuts, balsamic vinegar and other mystery ingredients and the other a highly creative take on eggplant Parmesan (which I would order every day if I lived in Santa Fe). Our main dishes were equally superb: a wonderful lamb loin dish and their pasta special for the night. We will always eat here whenever we return to Santa Fe
