Ledererhaus - Genuss am See

This is the new hot spot at St . Wolfgang. Very best location at the lake side with beautiful panorama of the surrounding mountains. Food was excellent with a decent choice of local wines. A young team of ambitious professionals Are trying to make this place the new hot spot in town. They are doing a good job at the very best location in st. Wolfgang. Recommended for dinner under the stars next to the Wolfgangsee lake side.

Ledererhaus is the restaurant at the Sevilla Wolfgangsee Hotel. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. It's a lovely setting overlooking the lake. We made reservations through the hotel; and they gave us the table closest to the lake. I ordered the filet with peppercorn sauce. For sides I had the potatoes au gratin and grilled vegetables. All were delicious. Wish I had some of those au gratin potaotes right now. My husband ordered the ribs with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. He also very much enjoyed his meal. This was one of the two best meals we had during our month in Austria. Wish we had eaten there more than once, but I love to try different places. Toward the end of our meal, we got a show of a rain shower across the lake. We ordered some cognac, and our server moved us inside because she said it might start raining, and this way we could enjoy our after-dinner drinks without getting wet. We sat at the bar and watched the manager and servers have to move people inside because it actually did start raining. They did a great job of mobilizing everyone! Service was very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Als wir auf der Suche waren nach einem passenden Lokal für den Abend, waren wir erst skeptisch- haben dann jedoch trotzdem entschieden anzurufen und einen Tisch zu reservieren. Perfekte Entscheidung!!! Wir werden sehr freundlich begrüßt und es wurden uns gleich die Jacken abgenommen & der reservierte Tisch gezeigt. Toll, dass man die Vorspeisen als Tapas bestellen kann, so kann man sich durchkosten und man muss sich nicht entscheiden :-) Hauptspeise (Ochsenwangerl u. Lachsforelle) & Wein war auch super lecker! Die Kellnerin informiert gleich, dass das Wangerl heute vom Kalb und nicht vom Ochs kommt, war aber deshalb nicht weniger lecker!!! Als Abschluss noch ein leichtes Sorbet perfekt mit weihnachtlichen Geschmack (Apfel- Zimt, Zwetschke-Portwein) Jederzeit gerne wieder!!! Und der Preis war für unser doch sehr umfangreiches Menü + Wein u.Getränke 92€

Hmmmm, dieses Restaurant ist top cuisine, alles perfekt, das ist Johann Lafer und Alfons Schubeck zusammen :-)

Wir haben einen Hochtisch draußen im Freien bekommen. Die Aussicht auf den See ist toll. Der Außen- und Innenbereich ist überschaubar und schön eingerichtet. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und auf hohen Niveau.Die Vorspeise kann man auch in sogenannten "Bite" Variationen nehmen d. H. kleinere Portionen dafür mehr verschiedene Vorspeisen. Je nach Lust und Laune kann man gleich 3 oder 4 Bites bestellen. Ich finde das wirklich eine tolle Idee.Als Hauptgang bekomme ich das 220 Gramm Filetsteak Medium. Es ist perfekt durchgebraten und die beigefügte Sauce war ein Wahnsinn im Geschmack. Qualität top!Als Nachspeise wähle ich eine Sorbetvariation mit 4 Geschmacksrichtungen. Es war einfach herrlich. Ich und meine Freundin verlassen das Restaurant mit vollen Magen und einen Grinsen im Gesicht weil es einfach eine Gaumenfreude war.LG
