We have a cappuccino, a chai latte, a zucchini cake and a delicious cream cake and really enjoyed everything until the last drop! We loved the cozy, fun atmosphere. It was very clean and the toilets were nice. And the Chai was the best I had since I fell in love with a trip to San Francisco, CA. We loved this place. It really added to our happy day in St. Wolfgang.
My pregnant woman wanted a hot chocolate withdrawal on 2 occasions of coffee to go signs are everywhere). She didn't want to sit for the whole Korona thing. She only speaks English. The first time that she was getting pretty upset 20 minutes later, said that everyone ignored her, a local lady pushed her out of the way and was served immediately. The second time she almost came out in tears without something and said it was worse and if something is wrong with her. The third time I went with her to see for me. We stood before the counter for 15 minutes next to the coffee to go sign). 4 people stood behind the bar and 2 waiters came in and out. We're just here. When I tried to ask the waitress, she just ignored me and even pushed me something when she walked past me. Then I looked at a lady behind the counter who looked like a manager and tried to ask her. She sees me right in the eyes and just ignores me. They're all half a meter away from us. What a joke. The people who lead the place and work there obviously don't know anything about the hospitality industry. Or about the common courtesy.
This is a very cute place with good food, decent coffee for Austrian standards and slow service. Every time we are in St. Wolfgang we come here for coffee and some bite. We libe the interior. Service is hit and miss. Usually miss :
The atmosphere is perfection, the coffee itself is the best I had , that I visited everyday during my stay ,it’s more than coffee shop, Its a place you love to go alone or with company, well done
We planned a quick sit in, but spent over 60 mins. Everything was slow. Had to wait for Kaiserschmarn over 30 mins. That was average with good marmelade. Payment we also slow...
