The Flame Steakhouse - Sanford

My wife and I have gone there twice and have lived in Sanford for about 18 months, this would look at one of the best restaurants in the city. We sat fast, even while we sat in the bar. It was faster than I expected for the first time how busy it was. We ordered Bang Bang Shrimps and the Scallops for apps for four of us. WOW. wear a scallops and about the same shrimps for 11 was a big price and they were well made. Not saturated in sauce to not enjoy the seafood itself. We ordered the salmon, the seafood plate, fried shrimps and fillet mignon and the endless salad bar as our sides at the first night. Server was attentive and well tilted for everything that went well. Second visit was in the bar and we never had to worry about empty drinks, came there before the rush, but everyone showed up while we eat and still excellent service. This is our restaurant now.

This is one of my findings in Sanford. I just moved here and wanted a place to eat. Let me tell you. They won't be disappointed. The staff is amazing, but above all the food is...omg! Delicious!!!! I'm so strong on her salmon. I used to hate Brussels sprouts... she'll just eat. Trust this place is a treasure of Sanford, but his best treasure so far!

Amazing service and great food. The fillet Mignon was amazing and cooked to perfection. My husband loved the salad bar with all the fresh toppings that were available, as well as the three different types of salad, spinach etc... The strawberry shortcake and the cheese cake were not disappointed. Would highly recommend The Flame . Good food, great prices and you certainly don't let hungry!

We had our class meeting here and were more than satisfied with the room, food and service! The food was plentiful and tasty and the staff was friendly and fast! I would recommend The Flame without hesitation.

Love the Flame, you feel comfortable and the waite staff are the best, very professional and prompt. You can go in without a reservation and they will do their best to get you seated as quickly as possible. Thank you Kathy and Steve for running a top notch restaurant and lounge that we truly enjoy!
