Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Sanford

Awesome smoothies and food, and the restaurant looks very clean. The staff was friendly, too! My husband and I ordered on the mobile app to go, and our stuff was ready in a timely manner.

Hailey was very nice and helpful the lady that was cooking was very fast at making my food getting it to me in a timely manner. This was my first time eating there and will be back ????

They let me use their bathroom.. nice lil spot to to grab a drink from the looks of it.. i only had to use their bathroom because at&t didnt have one..

Ordered my food. Somehow DoorDash picked up my food instead of the correct customer. This place needs a better system them just sticking orders in a bin for people to pick up. Anyone can touch your food or take the wrong one. This has happened multiple times and even happened to my coworkers. Food is good and smoothies are great but the workers need to pay better attention and do more to protect peoples orders. Even when you DoorDash they don?t put a sticker over your straw hole or tie your bag up and sticker it to keep people out of it.

Great food and mostly great experience, felt bad for the workers that had to work with the employee with red and blonde braids. Not sure if she?s a shift leader or manager but, she was very rude to them many times as they were preparing orders, saying ?I don?t care, you fix it, that?s your problem?. I could feel annoyance and tension from the staff. People leave bad managers, not companies.
