Sabi Sushi Kvadrat - Sandnes

I ordered 30 pieces of chef 's choice sushi, and got 5 pieces that were not tempura (3 sashimi and 2 nigiri). The next time I specified I wanted raw food (at a sushi restaurant, of all places), and got 30 pieces, 2 of which were not salmon (as in 2 lone pieces of nigiri). 2 maki rolls were salmon and cream cheese. The food is good, but if you want variation, don 't get the chef 's choice. If you have to specify that you want raw fish and variation in order to avoid generic this is the cheap stuff we have today , you 're better off just ordering specific items. I 'm not going back.

A pretty little place to get sushi. they lack something from the bozze of the shopping center, but not completely separated from it. the sushi is a good selection of fish greens and other ingredients, and the combinations are appetizing and balanced. the quality of the food is also better here than the franchises of sabi in the osloer room.

Very poor quality of fish products that are cooked there. Even the oil they use to freeze the cloves has not been changed for years and they can feel this taste immediately! Not recommended to eat this place of sushi.
