When we asked if they got the ticket for our drink after 25 minutes, she just replied with "still working on it... "We could tell the drink sat there for a while, half the frappe was already melted.
It wasn't even 9pm and they had already closed. I arrived at exactly 8:40 and they were already closed but they were still in there.
The staff is friendly and helpful! It's expensive, but so are all of them! I like the ambiance and it's a cozy place to have an interview, or even read a book. It's really convenient for me because it's so close to my home so I may be biased.
Dawg we waited about 38 minutes he kept saying let me look in the back the line was about 9 cars he takes to long 0
Drive thru HORRIBLE!!! IN LINE OVER 30 MINUTES BECAUSE STUCK BETWEEN CARS. ON TO OF THAT MY DRINKS WERE HORRIBLE AS WELL.
