Delicious traditional Birria, my favorite is the goat one but during the week they only make beef, either of the two are worth it, the portions are generous and they accompany it with moles, refried marinated beans and of course you can't miss some good homemade tortillas hand. The place is very simple and small, on the side of the road, but what it lacks in elegance it makes up for with service and good flavor.
