Green Mountain y Veracruz, las 2 variedades que compre en mi visita a Ajijic, excelentes y muy recomendables. Espero se puedan solicitar ésas y otras opciones por otro medio

Great people there. Buy coffee at the bag, order a coffee drink, cake or cake or pastries and relax to bring it to your table. Three of us went there twice and I bought 500g of coffee twice (about one pound). Beautiful interior and great views of the street, Castellano.

They source and roast the coffee themselves, selling it by region. So we tried coffee sourced from Oaxaca and Chiapas, as well as their house blend. They do great work here, and we picked up a pound of beans from Chiapas to take home. I'm...sure if we had done more looking around, we could have done better than the $6 per pound we paid. But for folks from the U.S., this was a great find.
