Mcdonald's - San Leandro

I always have a good experience with McDonald's their food is great and it satisfies my family

$1 coffee. Mucho Bueno! I hate running out. Fast, delicious and affordable. The double drive thru is a good feature.

The cashier is never at the register, which causes the line to get longer. They also forgot to put my Quarter Pounder in my bag, so I had to wait for it to be made, which caused my McFlurries to melt. Additionally, my fries were no longer hot. Overall, the service was terrible.

I ordered at the drive-thru and was asked to park and wait. The person brought out the wrong order initially and then forgot my coffee on the second attempt. I ended up finishing my breakfast and had to go inside to get my coffee.

The drive-thru service at this restaurant was very unpleasant. The employee who took my order seemed to have difficulty understanding me and rudely told me to pull up to the first window because of the communication issue. When I reached the window, it was a different employee and when I asked for the name of the original employee, the lady just laughed.
