The restaurant offers a nice variety of fruit and cream teas. However, I found the selection of milk teas to be somewhat limited for my taste. On the bright side, the kids really enjoyed the Assam tea and the caramel one.

Not for me. I 've been to so many milk tea places and this does not even break the top ten. I actually wouldn 't even think about coming here when in the mood for milk tea. Though I would say their menu looks enticing, their execution is just poor. I got the lychee on lychee and let 's say I got more of the on flavor than the lychee flavor. Water has more flavor than this drink. Completely disappointed because I love lychee. Small spot located in a very busy plaza. Parking is pretty difficult. Heavily recommend just parking wherever there is free parking. Even if it 's on the other side of the plaza from where you want to go. The spot is on the small side, the interior has seating but it feels very cramped. On the pricier side because they want to be fancy with their basic combinations. It 's as if they charge extra per letter in the drink 's description. If in the area maybe come here if you 're on the verse of major dehydration.

Nice quick service and no lines. Friendly and offered suggestions on add ins for my drink. I had a strawberry colada which is so damn good. Got a funny feeling I'll be here quite a bit.

The mango smoothie was delightful, featuring regular boba and popping lychee boba! I can't wait to visit again soon!
