Sip Savvy - San Jose

This is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy a beer. I recommend pairing it with a meal, as the portion sizes are just right. I really appreciate places that don’t overload you with cheap food; instead, you can expect high-quality dishes here.

At midnight on Tuesday, I found myself sitting at an empty bar for 20 minutes without being served. Frustrated, I decided to leave and head back to Gordon B. I was really eager to try some cocktails, but just as I was about to walk out the door, a friendly young lady emerged from the back room. She was incredibly nice and finally got me my cocktail. Overall, despite the rough start, the lovely bartender completely turned my experience around.

Based on the reviews of other bars at SJ Airport, this place is worth a visit. The beer selection is decent but somewhat limited, while the cocktails are fantastic and the service is excellent. This is definitely a rarity for SJ Airport.

Large selection of wine; great service; and a wonderful opportunity to spend the time TIL the flight boards. A certain must when you are at the airport
