Pressed Juicery - San Jose

I recently tried the Citrus 2 juice at this restaurant, which includes apple, pineapple, lemon, and mint. It was delicious and full of flavor. The customer service was also great - the young lady was very patient with me, especially since it was my first time there. Despite the long line out the door, she took her time and didn't rush through anything. The restaurant is small and doesn't have seating, but I will definitely be back when I don't feel like making my own juice at home.

This review is for the freezes at this restaurant or their soft serve! I have tried their juices and cleanses in the past, but it has been a while and I don't remember what I thought of them. I visited on National Ice Cream Day when they had a deal of size 1 for $2 with up to 3 toppings, redeemable one per person. There was a long line outside the door, extending past a few other businesses. We waited about 30 minutes. I ordered the Pineapple and Strawberry freeze with sliced coconuts, granola, and raspberry drizzle. I preferred the Pineapple flavor more as it had a stronger fruit taste compared to the Strawberry one, which was a bit light. The service was friendly on such a busy day and overall I enjoyed my experience. I would definitely come back for their freezes and try their juices again to see if my opinion has changed.

This restaurant has everything you could want, but their new açaí bowls are especially delicious and affordable (compared to Vitality Bowls). The açaí bowl base is creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious! I highly recommend trying it out - I always go for the original flavor.

We stopped by earlier today for some juices and one smoothie. There was only one lady working there when we got there. When we left (40 min later), there were 7 people in line. She made several mistakes during our order: forgot to include smoothie with our purchase, so we had to make 2 purchases, and started to ring up people after us while I was pulling up scan code. Clearly a training issue with her as she could have started preparing our order first while I was pulling up scan code. Horrible service ???? ???? ???? ???? but I put this on management as employees are not fully staffed and trained. There should be 2 to 3 trained employees working there during busiest times like Friday night. One star ???? for customer service. Quality of drinks are 5 stars ???? ????

Juices and freezes are great 10/10. However customer service definitely needs some work. Understand everyone is going through something but they were very rude and stand off ish. Laughed at one of my questions.
