Pho Hoa Jazen Tea (tully Rd) - San Jose

The food is great, the customer service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I really enjoy the boba here, especially in the large cup!

I hadn't had pho in a long time, but it was quite salty this time. I was dining with my daughter, and although she usually finishes her bowl, she kept commenting on how salty it was as well. Is it normal for pho to rely heavily on fish sauce for flavor? Just think about how much sodium could be in a single spoonful! This might have been a one-time issue, but everything else, including the presentation, was good. It was just too salty today. The extra bowls you see in the picture are bowls of hot water that I requested to dilute the broth in our bowls.

I visited on a Thursday afternoon for an avocado smoothie. Overall, it was excellent—perfectly balanced, not too thick or overly sweet. The staff were hardworking, friendly, and attentive to customers. The place was clean, and there were plenty of menu options to choose from. Plus, there was ample parking available in the plaza.

Drinks and food never disappoint, always delicious. Sadly, the restaurant hasn't recovered the correct amount of staff needed for the number of delivery, take out and dine in orders they are receiving. The staff here is running around unsuccessfulmanaging the number of orders constantly coming in, of course at no fault of their own. I don't recommend coming here if youare impatient and don't understand high demand and short staffing. Otherwise the pho, tea drinks, and the popcorn chicken areextremely delicious. Plan your schedule and defineyl stop by if you can.

Excellent prices! I really appreciated how everything was packaged. The portion sizes were generous, and the flavors were incredible.
