They are also kinda stingy with bread , which is minor but a little annoying.I got the volcano pasta (forgive my lack of Italian) which was very good though not at all spicy. My wife got the salmon pasta in a cream sauce. It was also very good and we both recommend. We got the smoked cheese and the tortellini soup as appetizers. They weren't bad but probably wouldn't get either again. They also probably would have been improved with bread.Overall recommend for the pasta, but you're probably ok to skip appetizers.Parking: They have a parking lot a short walk down the street. We didn't notice and ended up paying for parking. Don't make that mistake.
The food was good, service was great and atmosphere was good. Our waiter was super attentive which I really appreciated. The food was good, but I feel like it could have been better for the price? The friend mozzarella on marinara sauces was delicious though.Food: 5/5
Biggest complaint here is that we had to ask if they offer bread service, and upon asking, we received two slices (one per person) in a basket wrapped in a crummy disposable napkin. We wanted the bread to sop up the really really good pasta sauce but there was also yummy olive oil on the table, so I didn't get to enjoy that. Food was good, though the burrata appetizer again screamed for bread (we didn't ask for it until dinner came). The salmon farfalle was absolutely delicious, and my husband's Vulcan farfalle was also yummy, though not at all spicy. The restaurant is cute but small, and not quite as clean as I would've liked. The table cloths had stains and the menus had food stuck to them. The service, however, was great. The servers were professional and attentive, the food came out quickly while allowing us enough time to enjoy each course without feeling rushed, and the back patio area was comfortably enclosed off the street. Overall made for a lovely date night. The food was yummy, though a little more expensive than I would've liked.
I thought the person who gave them a 2 rating and said the food was bland was kind of harsh. However, I agree a little in that it wasn’t special. Spinach salad, nothing interesting or different. However bravo on the artichokes that were grilled in the burrito, they were delicious. If you want bread, you must ask.
We came here on a weekday night and there was a waitlist but it was relatively short wait before we were seated. The restaurant was relatively small inside and lively, but a bit on the louder side. Our server was very friendly and patient. We ordered: Bruschetta Not bad, it was a bit on the blander side in terms of flavor. Linguini Casareccia Pasta Although we got the pasta to share between 2, I felt the portion size was a bit small to share between two. We were able to have Parmesan cheese added to the top of the pasta. Overall, I felt it was a bit on the blander side in terms of flavor. Tiramisu Delicious and my favorite part of the meal! We were also given a delicious complimentary bread and olive oil and balsamic vinegar dip. Overall, while the ambiance was alright, I felt the food was a bit on the blander side, though the dessert was delicious. If I'm back in future, I will try something else on the menu.
