Leyou Ethiopian - San Jose

I don't usually write reviews, but this restaurant is incredibly tasty! The food quality here is top-notch. I would rate every dish we tried a perfect 10/10.

LeYou is my favorite Ethiopian restaurant. The atmosphere and the food are excellent.

The food was extremely tasteless. I could hardly eat more than a few bites.

After passing by this place many times, I finally decided to have lunch there. I don 't regret my decision. The staff is friendly, and the space is spacious, clean, and well-lit (they also have a patio area).Since it was my first time, I decided to have the Four vegetarian samplers. I choose Kay Sir (beets, red onions, jalapeños peas, tossed with lemon vinaigrette), Kik (split pea stew), Miser (lent stew), and Shito (toasted chickpea simmered with basil and jalapeños).The flavors and textures were so varied and delicious that I didn 't even feel the need for any extra spiciness or salsa on the side. I was so focused on savoring every bite that I almost forgot to take pictures.Give this place a chance; you won 't regret it.

Hidden Gem; clear attention to detail from the art around the patio, the water feature, the fresh flowers on the table, and the beautifully well rounded spices on the cleanly cut lamb dish.
