Jack In The Box - San Jose

The food is delicious, but the service is appalling. Last night, I waited nearly an hour to pick up a DoorDash order, and when I finally received it, it was incorrect. The woman at the pickup window was unhelpful, and I had to return to the store after the customer pointed out the mistake. When I approached her again to discuss the issue, she was dismissive and rude, as if it were my fault for being in line. It's really frustrating to encounter someone who thinks they are above others, particularly if she is indeed the owner. I believe that if you run a restaurant, you should hire staff who are friendly and accommodating, not rude and dismissive.

The service is very bad. Their is a cashier named Maria that refuse to take my order because I have dark skin and she refuse to take my other and took the other of the person behind me. So she embarace me in front of the restaurant because I have darkskin. This was on todays day September 24 and lunch time 11:20 am.

The Munchie meals have been around for ages, but they still can't seem to get the burgers right. I've repeatedly had issues with my spicy nacho chicken missing onions. Make sure to unwrap the burger and check it before you drive off. Take your time—you can't trust that they'll get it right anymore!

I received the wrong meal, and they still charged me $30. When I tried to call them, no one answered.

This is the worst jackinthebox in san jose. I go there because it's close but everytime the food is cold and items missing. Last night was last time. I got sick from food and was in bathroom all night. After paying 30 dollars for cold food andsickness I will never go there again.
