Applebee's Grill - San Jose

We are traveling and wanted to enjoy a drink and we waited about 15 min with no greetings or drink offer. We only ordered drinks which took forever to come, but drinks sat at the bar forever. So we moved to bar expecting better service and WRONG! Very rude male bartender(PP) and definitely bad service. Understand busy and short staff but no need to be rude to customers. Thumbs down BIG TIME no customer service at all.

A great experience overall! Went with my husband for a late dinner (probably a bit too late for me as I was already getting hangry XD We were seated and served in no time at all! If you ever get the chance to be served by Diana get ready, this woman was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, sweet and super attentive. We received regular top ups on all our drinks, menu suggestions, and quick answers to any questions we had! This girl really knows her stuff!

I wish I would of taken a picture of my salad. Strawberry vinaigrette had a Strawberry lemonade to go with delicious. Service was awesome. Appetizers were brought out on time. I would highly recommend this location to eat

Had a great time here with friends. We enjoyed each other's company I couldn't comment on the food, lol. But I'm sure they were not bad or we would have talked about it then and there. : The staff was great though and they didn't mind us staying until closing.

Customer service was above and beyond amazing. From the minute we walked in the door to the minute we leave. Food was perfect, my family and I will be back most definitely. Thank you to my waiter and bus boys and servers that helped make our meal so great. Awesome Customer service is truly hard to find these days it really is and we enjoyed our dinner. Even my grand kids enjoyed and ate all thier food.
