Mcdonald's - San Jacinto

GREAT FOOD, SLOOOW SERVICE... the food at this McDonald's is always pretty good, I've never had an issue and my order has come out exactly as requested. Usually, I'd stop here for a quick snack or meal. However, I just went to this location this morning and I had to wait 30-40 mins just for a couple oatmeals, hash browns and a breakfast meal, with drinks. I was disappointed because I can usually go in and out, this was definitely not the case. The restaurant is always busy and the drive-thru is quite packed all the time due to the high school traffic and being in the center of town. I'm hoping they get it together again here. The customers here are a bit odd sometimes but overall it's a decent location, it's moderately loud.

The food is always food but, to have to order on the kiosk instead of a real person ? Wow this place is going down the drain and to top it off , the place is filty, full trash cans , dirty floor ; new management is desperately needed.

..very peaceful., -where someone called really enjoy their meal..Wheelchair accessibility: ..had no problem getting in and out of the restaurant., especially with the employee helping me keep keep the door open while entertaining and exiting..

This McDonalds is always forgetting the sauces, like are y’all brain dead?? How hard is it to put the sauces, that I paid for in the bag?
