As guests of evil schoergau we have supper here four nights and so we had the opportunity to devote almost all their preparations: I assure you that the kitchen is exceptional. beautiful room with glass window and beautiful wooden ceiling, furnished according to tradition but in a refined way. the kitchen is treated in detail, the staff of the room very well prepared and the wine paper very well supplied, also of glass wines. plates and glasses are handmade and give a unique touch to the table. the kitchen is very tied to the territory giving a bit of tear to the marinated details and the fermentations that remind the east; you do not eat vegetables that are not smoked or fish and meat that are not South Tyrolean. honest prices in relation to the quality of dishes, location and service. absolutely recommended.
