Liu Roast Fish - San Gabriel

Hello! My experience at the restaurant was quite frustrating. I ordered grilled fish with some extra sides, but they forgot to serve the mushrooms. When I mentioned this to the owner, she could have simply added them to my order. However, when I checked out, she accused me of ordering something that I never received. I inquired about the extra charge, and she refunded me in cash (but didn't refund the tax) without offering an apology. I reminded her that she should reimburse the tax to customers, and she handed it back to me as if to say, "Here you go! Just forget about the order!" Her demeanor was quite dismissive. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience!

The food is amazing! We absolutely love dining here! This is the best fish I’ve ever tasted; it's spicy, but so flavorful.

This restaurant specializes in spicy hot roast fish and is located next to the Hilton Hotel in San Gabriel. Unfortunately, I found the fish dish to be less enjoyable compared to others I've tried. It may be that the fish wasn't fresh enough. Personally, I didn't like it, but it always seems to be packed with customers.

Would give a 0 star if i could. 220$ for bbq for two ppl? Average to none atmosphere, average food, charging the hell out for the price?
