La Vite - San dona di piave

We were a party of 3 persons and in search of a not too tourism based restaurant in the back country of the Adria we found La Vite on a friday in september 2022. The restaurant was may be filled to 60-70% of the capacity. We were guided to our table and it took us around 25 minutes to get the menu. We were simply ignored. Would it have been earlier in the evening we would have left this establishment. After additional 10-15 minutes we had the chance to order. 3 beverages were served after at least 10 more additional minutes. After 20 minutes more the meal was served. We had canederli, pasta with salad and pizza. All meals were really good and the seafood dishes we saw at the other tables looked also recommendable.Bravo for the kitchen work. Sorry to say, but due to the absolute not existent service the evening for us was disappointing. Service is the key for successful establishments. A serviceperson has to have the eyes on the customers and not doing some other in this situation unnecessary work.

The best pizza seafood wines and not expensive lovely people I've known them for ages and expecially Sara and mother who are the proprietors Can't wait to see them again hopefully in February for the carnival.

Passed by while looking for a place to eat , and decided to give it a try. Decent atmosphere, and good food at reasonable price. Left satisfied.

Una bellissima scoperta. Si vede che in cucina c'è uno chef vero e che chi ha pensato a questo posto conosce le regole di questo mestiere, dove la qualità, l'attenzione al cliente, la cura dei dettagli è tutto ciò che conta. Complimenti.
