I ordered my food and she made me drive to the side to wait for it,not sure why it wasn’t even busy what so ever. I then get my food and the fries were cold like wth! I wouldn’t come here again.
I just ordered Hand-Breaded Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich Bombo and paid a full price $12.33 and then they gave me chicken Sandwich only with pickles. No lettuce, no Swiss Cheese, no tomato and NO BACON!I opened my Sandwich when I was away from the restaurant and saw a lying worker's job. This is not first time happening to me and I tried 2 different locations, N. Second st. one and now Jamacha one, they all work in the same way. I paid full price for nothing. Your proud business literally has no blessings by how you work and do your job falsely instead of honestly to yourselves and to people.
Really bland food, messed up my order. Had to go back. Took forever to get the corrected order. Even for fast food, not terribly good.
Server at drive thru was sweet. The cheeseburger pretty good. I wish the grilled chicken sandwich had a spicy option and out of hand dipped chicken. Served a peanut butter shake instead of the caramel pretzel ordered. Fries were not hot and fresh.
If I could rate this a 0 star I would have, I just wanted to share my experience today at this Carl’s Jr.Today earlier my husband and my sister and my 6 month old daughter walked into this Carl’s Jr to grab a bite, as we walked in I noticed “Paul” he was running the front register, as we walked in I noticed he looked over his shoulder looked at us and rolled his eyes and whispered something under his breathe, he seemed so bothered, like if we did something wrong to him. I ignored it, but my husband noticed too, anyways we let it go, and continued deciding what we wanted to order, never got a welcome or any acknowledgment from Paul what’s so ever, he seems very bother that we were there, mind you, no one was in line we were the only ones, so finally it was time to order, he walks up to the counter didn’t make eye contact nor welcomed us at all and he said very rudely and faint “can I help you” and I ask him if we did something wrong to bother him?, I ask him if he needed to step back a bit to calm down or take a breather because I knew working in a fast food restaurant was frustrating, he Replied “NO what do you want !” He scared my 6 month old daughter , and that’s when I asked for a manger.Paul is very rude, very unprofessional, is definitely not a good asset to this company at all, they should FIRE Paul immediately because that location will lose a lot of customers business if he continues there. I really hope corporate get this review and does something about Paul. Because a person like him does not deserve a job there at Carl’s Jr .
