Yummy vegan ramen, kombucha, atmosphere, service! Updated from previous review on 2023-06-25

I haven’t had a lot of vegan ramen so I am definitely not an expert but I thought this was delicious. We called to double check about the noodles and you have to get the spinach noodles for the ramen to be vegan which I was bummed about but actually really ended up liking. Take out experience was great! I recommend!

I had their vegan ramen with spinach noodles and it was pretty good. It was a very creamy type of ramen. I enjoyed it. I especially liked that it came with veggies they put in the bowl like spinach, corn and cherry tomatoes.

I adore this spot! They have decent dishes, their menu is varied, The chef in that place is well trained, I enjoy a lot eating all their food. The dishes are consistently of high class, the attitude towards the guests is helpful. I go often to this place and I not even once was disappointed. Highly recommended.

Excellent and delicious food. Service was quick. Go early evening to miss the crowd. Tajima Ramen is definitely a go to if you just want ramen. Although the other ramen are equally as delicious. I also recommend get their buns. You can’t go wrong. For this location parking can be tough at times however it is a pleasure part of town to walk around. And call ahead if you need to see how the wait is.
