Wendy's - San Diego

This was my second visit to this restaurant and both times I ordered the same items. I requested a burger with just ketchup, meat, and bun. However, when I opened it up, I found cheese, mustard, and onions added. I drove back through the drive-thru to explain the mistake. The staff apologized and offered me a cookie or a frosty to make up for the error. I understand that people can be under pressure and I am not upset about the mistake.

It appears that in recent visits to various locations, there is a consistent issue with running out of Coke or having a broken fountain. The Frosty was enjoyable, but I have always preferred the Coke drinks here, so I hope this issue gets resolved. The customer service was exceptional and really stood out, prompting me to leave this review!

I visited this restaurant for the Veterans Day promotion. The customer in front of me was taking a long time to place their order, but I patiently waited in line. When it was my turn, I asked the cashier about the Veterans Day offer. She directed me to choose from items 1 to 9 on the breakfast menu. Unfortunately, just as she pointed to the menu, it was switched to the lunch menu. I explained that I could no longer see items 1 to 9, and one employee rudely replied, "No more nothing." I mentioned that I had been waiting in line for several minutes, but they simply looked at me without saying anything.

I enjoy restaurants that get festive!!? Tis the season to be spooky ????

Food is great. If a takes a bit remember they are preping your meal so uts fresh and don't be rude. Recommend the 5 dlls deal. That comes with a small burger 3 different types to pick from. It also comes with small fries, small nuggets and a small deink
