The service was great. The computers went down which caused a little lapse in attention, but they more than made up for it by sending a free drink and explaining the situation. I would highly recommend to friends.

We came to the trailer and were shown how to enter the pool house. We were over, but when we checked the door, she was locked. I called the reception and they told us to come to the reception and they would give us up. We go back to the reception and talk to one of the hosts, she tells us how to get to the entrance as we came. I let them know that I just called and we said we'd be left because when we went to the door, it was locked. She checks something on the screen and says, 'I think we stopped with a pool house last week. You could make a reservation? Strange. Pool house was not open, but we were not reported. I even got an email a day before I asked for confirmation. If the pool house is actually closed, please do not allow that reservations are made. The reason we were even in the city centre on Saturday night was mainly to visit the pool house. Otherwise we would have done something else.

I was a beautiful place, but I'm not all sure if it's worth the bang for the buck. $17 cocktails are a bit steep
