The Grass Skirt - San Diego

Let me tell you how amazing our server S were and I wrote because both ladies came to our table and made it a point to say hello to my 2 years old, great service attentive, but fast as they were very busy. They saw them brush their hands and make arrangements. Thank you Grasrock for brainring big girls like anni and Sam we will tmrw again:

Overall a fun girls night location, it was a specialty night with Dim Sum menu. The options were limited, and kind of expensive for what was offered. I wouldn't say anything stood out as fantastic but we did have a good time and nothing was bad. The table we reserved outside was more of a lounge table so not really suited for dinner we had planned, this could be disclosed prior to booking. The wait staff was able to move us in to a real table, and they were very accommodating . The pay at the table option they use now is super convenient for people breaking up the bill as well.

My boyfriend and I love this place! Our favorites are the pork belly bao buns and the poke bowl. Went to Dim Sum night and got to try some other stuff that was all delicious. Eventually we’ll branch out and order something different. I highly suggest this restaurant for any occasion. Super fun and laid back at the same time

A good time! Nice atmosphere, good food and attentive service

Cool little place with some delicious cocktails. The food was pretty good but plenty good enough for a place like this where the food isn't the main draw.
