Shake Shack Little Italy - San Diego

The food was okay, but the overall experience was terrible. I really didn't enjoy my time here, and I even spotted a baby mouse outside. The staff was unhelpful from beginning to end.

I experienced food poisoning from raw food! It was terrible! The meat was entirely undercooked, and although I had to discard it, I had already eaten a bit before realizing the issue, which resulted in a night filled with vomiting due to food poisoning. Please inspect your food carefully before dining here.

I tried their avocado bacon burger along with the spicy cheese fries, and both were delicious! I would definitely come back to explore more items on their menu. The selection of lemonade drinks and chicken sandwiches also looked quite appealing. The restaurant was clean and had a nice, quiet atmosphere, allowing my coworkers and me to enjoy our conversation. There's plenty of seating available both inside and outside.

The vibe inside is great. Cool AC inside for that relief from the summer heat. I love the ordering kiosk. Let's me take my time customizing my order. Food wait is about 7 minutes. Fast and not too long.

Food is good but the 6 piece chicken bites are ridiculously small. Even my kid got disappointed when he open the box.
