Roberto's Taco Shop - San Diego

This taco shop is a nice little small centrally located spot. It is drive thru mostly but they have a walk up counter and few outdoor tabled. They have great flavorful.. I would definitely recommend the Pollo asada fries. They are literally one of thebest in San Diego no other taco shops can compare

We got food and I'm so disappointed this place used to be good! My chicken quesadilla had very little cheese, was super soggy and laid in a bed of water, probably from the soggy bell peppers and onions. Quesadillas require cheese! I will never eat hereagain!! And the beans are over fried!

Best taco spot I have been to in San Diego. I have had a number of different items from Roberto's on El Cajon and all have been fantastic. I have recommended Roberto's to a number of people and all have become converts! Also open late if you're hungryafter dinner!

While visiting my brother in San Diego, he takes me to this taco joint late one evening. We used the drive thru. I didn't think much of this place. That is until we got back to his place and started eating. I ordered chicken and cheese enchiladas withbeans and rice and my brother ordered 5 rolled tacos with shredded beef. My food was delicious. The beans were cooked toperfection and well seasoned. Everything tasted great and I'm sure to return here next time I visit my brother. You will do wellcoming here to eat. And everyone working inside was pleasant and nice.

Solid food. decent service. no frills. bit pricey for what you?re getting, but i think that mostly has to do with it being in north park.
