I absolutely love this place! The food is reasonably priced, and the staff is outstanding. It's a five-star gem in the Hills!

I've lived near Rising for 13 years, and I can confidently say this is my favorite Chinese restaurant. Their lunch special, priced at around $7, offers generous portions and is sure to put a smile on your face.

The food is outstanding. Since it's primarily a takeout place, you can't really fault them for the minimal decor. Service is quick and very efficient.

Located conveniently nearby, this restaurant is a hit with the entire family, even my moody teenage vegetarian! I typically order the Mongolian beef and the egg drop soup, while my son always opts for the orange chicken. My grandmother enjoys the Moo Goo Gai Pan.
