They forgot to give me my nearly $10 sandwich meal, and when I called to follow up, they said they would send me a refund so I wouldn’t have to return. It’s been three weeks now, and I’m still waiting.

Consistently, they have the quickest drive-through service, no matter which location you visit.
The staff appeared to have a bit of an attitude problem. I ordered my meal to eat in but didn't receive any napkins. It wasn't a major issue, so I approached the counter and asked three times. By the fourth request, I switched to my Marine Corps voice and finally got some napkins. Unfortunately, the kids didn't finish their meals; when I inquired later, I found out that the food tasted off. On a positive note, nobody got sick, but now we have another restaurant to avoid. By the way, the McDonald's app is really frustrating to use.
