Lefty's Chicago Pizzeria - San Diego

I live 45 years in Chicago and their dogs are here. The pizza is really good, but still a smidge away from me thought I was eating pizza in Chicago. Big food! Vienna beef!!!! Friendly staff too!

We loved everything in the menu! Pizza is delicious, wings are amazing, salad on point, service was excellent and the place was really nice and clean...we are definitely coming back!! A very nice spot for the family to enjoy a nice dinner and a good beer.

If I didn't know I was in San Diego I would have SWORN I was sitting in any one of the charming, family run pizza joints in Chicago city or burbs. I genuinely felt like I was there! The pie was as good as any I had while living in Chicago, and the decor and dining room reminded me of Rosati's, Lou's, Connie's, maybe even a little Gino's! Our stuffed Margherita was everything we wanted it to be... and my typically 3-4 slice hubby was good after just 1 slice!! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!! I could sit in that place all day and be happy with the ChiTown vibes. Looking forward to it being a regular stop!

Excellent customer service. Food was so delicious. Authentic Chicago pizza to the core. Below is the the great sausage pie. We added bell peppers, onion, peperoni, and elephant garlic. The owner really knows how to ensure customers want to return and all the waiters were attentive. The best part was the vibe. Don't miss this gem if you are in San Diego.

So tasty. First time here and it definitely impressed us. The cbgb sandwich was so good. The flavors are distinct and just create a pleasurable experience in your mouth. We also got a Half Pepperoni and half meatball/sausage deep dish pizza. We will go back and try a few more things soon. Check email out.
