Excellent restaurant with excellent eating and very friendly and professional staff. the best restaurant in the whole complex. try the special selection of the cook! check the menu here. it is hard to find it elsewhere and the hotel usually does not offer them in advance.

My favorite experience during a whole week in luxury bahia principe ambar green. eating was phenomenal, especially the steak. the staff is very professional and polite.

Delicious food and great staff. make sure they download the bahia principe app and sign up in their room to make a reservation. no need to call and wait, they can also book in advance. this is quickly so fast that it goes fast.

Excellent restaurant. eating was really nice, and service was amazing. bring long pants for men and tight shoes. you need to try this restaurant in don pablo resort.

Great food and service. One issue is they charge you for wine if you order a bottle. Even tho we asked if they charged for it and they said no. And before we were done with dessert the guy wanted the money for the wine.
