The Level At Meliá Punta Cana Beach Adults Only

We enjoyed the entire resort. Staff was very friendly. Room service was attentive. The dune buggies excursion wasnt very good so Id avoid that but you can book through the resort

Concierge service was outstanding and the resort overall is beautiful. Only downside was swim up pool bar was closed due to covid protocol....not the resorts fault. If going without kids I highly recommend The Level package for adults only

I was for the first time in this magical place. The Level of Melia Punta Cana Beach is an wanderfull resort wich exceed our expectations and we felt great there. The rooms, cleaning and services where at the highest level. And last but not least the employers where very kind and always eager to help us. Sexybody and Linarda Santana you are the best : ! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to relax and treat. We had a wonderful service and the staff was very friendly. Our concierge was attentive and could facilitate appointments and reservations. The only problem was that the staff tried to sell us a holiday member, and I didn't know this was part of the stay. They were very friendly and gave us listeners. Although they have not put us under pressure to buy one, it would have been nice to know. The food was great.

The resort is amazing! The beach was amazing g. I loved the variety of restaurants available. The food was excellent. The staff is very nice. Cindy and Adrian were wonderful to help us. I will definitely come back for another visit. I give them 5 stars!
