Glads Ice Cream - Salt Spring Island

My third year here and the ice cream is phenomenal! The rum raisin and black cherry is particularly terrific. But at $5 for a single?? 4 stars for price alone. My guess is that all profits must be made in the summer months only...

Came to glad's to buy some candie's and was not disappointed. They have a great selection and the two ladie's working their were very sweet. Xx

Lots of flavours to choose from. The waffle cones are made right in front of you, and the scoops are huge! Also loved the freshly mixed frozen yogurt

Glad's is a great stop in the spring or summer they serve Islands ice cream made with real milk, waffle cones regular cones. Sprinkles etc. Benches are just out side where you can chat as much as you please.

Sweet ending to any meal in Downtown Ganges. Enjoy a meal anywhere and it's guaranteed to be in walking distance of this little ice cream shop. Not a huge amount of choices but enough! Recommend the berry mixture fresh frozen fruit yogurt.
