Embe Bakery - Salt Spring Island

Apple pie is next level. Coffee is great too. Ham and Swiss croissant is my new vacation staple. Also ordered a custom birthday cake that was the most moist cake ever just need to have a serious sweet tooth to take down more then one slice of it.

For fresh coffee, good bread and all kinds of cookies and pies, you're here at the right address and very affordable. From the store, you'll be looking at the bakery. The coffee you can drink on the porch or on the couch outside. Parking can be right outside the door, for corridors very special. You can end up here in the morning as early.

Visited for years. My daughter claims they have the best halloween cookies. Will bake bread to order. Great bakery.

Great assortment of baked goods. The lady that served us was lovely! We purchased several items and all were wonderful! Hours of operation were excellent as a lot of Salt Spring businesses have limited hours.

I'm sorry but how does anyone give this place less than 5 stars? It's amazing. Get the blueberry turnover or the sugar cookies.
