Auntie Pesto's Cafe

Every time we visit, whether by land, sea, or air, we always make sure to dine at our favorite restaurant, Auntie Pesto’s. Situated on the boardwalk, the restaurant offers al fresco dining in good weather and indoor seating at any time. The menu features a delightful selection of locally inspired and traditional Italian dishes, with pasta being their specialty.

We first visited the restaurant on a Saturday night mid June. The place was packed and we think predominantly by locals enjoying them selves rather than tourists which must say something. One of us had mamma 's meatballs as a starter and they were just so...so good and followed that with the beef stroganoff pasta dish which was equally as good although rather filling after the meatballs. The other had a salad as a starter and the seafood dill alfredo as a main both of which were thoroughly. Service was perfect throughout. All of which lead us to pleading for a table the following night which lead to another very enjoyable evening. The chef ought to write a recipe book!

We had a positive dining experience at this restaurant. The dill seafood alfredo was fantastic, and the pesto pasta was also delicious, although it could have used some extra parmesan. Once I added that, it was excellent. The French onion soup was average. Overall, I would recommend this place. They make a fantastic negroni!

This charming little bistro offers a view of the marina. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is delicious. My partner had the beef stroganoff, which had large chunks of tender meat and a rich sauce that left him satisfied but wanting more. I had the amazing seafood dill alfredo, which featured perfectly cooked shrimp, lobster, and scallops in a creamy dill sauce reminiscent of Ukrainian cuisine. We shared a tiramisu for dessert, which was rich but decadent. A must-try!

We heard the locals and were so happy that we tried this very popular restaurant! we enjoyed a wonderful fresh seafood dill alfredo, along with a special beet salad they served in this night. We'll be back next time we get on that. are island!
