Thirst Drinks - Salt Lake City

This was our first visit to Thirst since we’re not from Utah. They have an excellent selection of sodas— or pops, as we call them back home in Canada. However, the real highlight was the pretzels and beignets. I’m sure we’ll be back next time we’re in Utah!

I waited in line for about 20 minutes to pick up a DoorDash order, and it was quite frustrating. They really need to hire more staff; this situation is unacceptable.

I stopped by to try their smooth classic drink, but as soon as the staff handed it to me, the lid came off and it spilled all over my lap and my new car. All I received was a simple apology, and there was no offer to remake my drink or assist further. I'm really not a happy customer. I reached out via email as you suggested, but I didn't get a response. Typical.

I’ve always come here because everything is amazing and everyone is so nice! I got a gift card from my work and the number was faded off and they couldn’t get the card number and they helped us out with everything! I think “axel” was the managers name? Either way Thirst is the best!

We waited a long time inside only to finally be told that they would not take our order inside and that we should order online or wait in the drive through. So we waited, and waited, in the drive through lane. Sodas were fine but driving down the street to a gas station would have been just as fine and saved a good half hour, at least.
