The restaurant had a pleasant and clean ambiance. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the Pho as it was too sweet for my liking. I was also unsure about the use of paper plates and plastic spoons, but I understand that we live in a culture of convenience. Overall, the experience was just average. Customers order and pay using a kiosk, receive their order, and are responsible for cleaning their own table. There is minimal interaction with the staff.
I ordered the vegan pho with tofu and bok choy, and the vegan egg rolls at this restaurant. The menu is clearly marked, the portion sizes are generous, the food is delicious, and even my friend who eats meat couldn't resist getting more of the vegan egg rolls.
I ordered a vegan sandwich, spring rolls, and pho bowl. This was our first time trying Vietnamese cuisine, and the basil in the broth surprised us.
I thoroughly enjoyed the teriyaki chicken Bahn mi at this restaurant. The only downside was that there was too much liquid in the filling, making the sandwich a bit soggy. However, the flavors were perfectly balanced and the pho that came with it was fantastic. I would definitely order again, but perhaps opt for a different meat filling next time.
