I just finished the most amazing meal. I love this place, please eat them here or they will punish themselves.
Went through the tulips at temple square and suffered a massive Mexican hunger. with my urbanspoon app (danke, adam) and discovered this small place, a foodcourt version of the SLC stack in city creek center. huzzah! negatiw. a communal restaurant dilemma of trying to be green (or only thin), I received only one serviette in my To-go package for my fajitas. I understand that serviettes are filthy, but their juicy fajita needs at least two. if I ask for a glass of water, let me use one of these precious pepsi tassen. at least they disintegrate a bit faster than these hot plastic water bottles that I have to buy from them (ugh). Not as good as the real thing, but well no less. the enchilada suizas were good, but barely served warm. like the chips and salsa and buzz. the rice is kind of oily and stale. good for a food dish in the shopping center.
Still yummy. While I agree that it isn't quite up to par with their sit-down restaurants, I thought the lunch I enjoyed at Red Iguana was delicious none the less, especially for a food court. I liked the more casual aluminum containers that made taking home my leftovers easier and thought my tacos Don Ramon were still absolutely delicious.The inability to provide complimentary water cups is pretty irksome, although I guess in food courts people might abuse that is it really so bad that we want water instead of soda? For paying customers, this should not be an issue, Red Iguana, and needs to be addressed.
