Starbucks - Salt Lake City

The employee taking orders in the drive through needs hygiene talk from supervisor. Sloppy appearance doesn’t work for me or his attitude. 08/19/2022 during Lunch today. I asked him to please top off the pink drink and he had a problem with that. I am paying for that pink drink and so I need it to be filled to the top. Of course not to the point that it’s spilling. He gave me my Anericano coffee and I took a drink and the lid bounced back made the lid come off and the coffee spilled all over my … – show

The workers here are incredibly kind and helpful. We were helped immediately and they were able to answer my questions. I will definitely be coming back here again:

I ordered some blonde espresso drinks, got to work, they were burned. Called, they did make it right. I wouldn't give them a one-star for that, but it does give weight toward the following. I was subjected to highly unwarranted parent shaming for having my daughter there who was quietly keeping herself entertained. They said we were bothering the other patrons and the guy sitting next to me straight up told them we weren't and that they had no tact.

Friendly baristas, though usually pretty busy for the drive through. They are really fast of you place an in-store mobile order! Love their warm breakfast sammies.

Reviewing solely based on the building layout, which is valid because the business chose this insanity: Horrible drive thru layout makes cars spill into the street. Almost got creamed trying to make a left turn in because drive thru traffic blocked the entrance to the shopping center.
