Superb Pulled Pork and smoked sausage. You might have to wait for a bit the wait is worth it. The worst part is that it's closed out on Sundays. Their wings are good too. I still prefer BWW.

Oh my! they have got their meat done so good that you have to say to your mama that she is second in the line...... Their briskets chopped up with some of the original sauce just gives you the high!

It's simple....the best damn ribs I have ever had the pleasure to eat. A gorgeous mahogany bark with sweet smokey rapturous porky goodness. Perfectly seasoned and perfectly tender, but not overly soft. They are meaty and do not need sauce in any way. The sauce is sweet and transparent reddish brown. It is not my favorite Bbq sauce, but it is superfluous anyway when the meat and smoke are so good. Red beans and rice were spicy and flavorful with big chunks of flavorful sausage. I do wish the sides were bigger and I did not see an option of a family style side, which I would have appreciated. Good sweet potato fries too. The decor is hard core, but classy die hard smoke master modern. Red walls with black accents. I do have one complaint. You order, then you go down to the register and then tell them your whole order again to be rung up and pay. They need to have a POS that is entered into at the start and the info then awaits you at the register. Great service and a very friendly staff who you can tell are excited to be a part of such a fantastic Mecca of bbq.

I had a second visit this previous Monday.  I had the 2-meat with ribs and brisket, mac and cheese and beans.  The sides were OK.  The ribs were not as meaty as the last time I was here, but still very tasty, with good bark and smoke flavor.  The brisket was great! The only thing I would count a little down was the iced tea; Gold Peak, and not good.  Dr Pepper was much better.  Guys, you put such good attention into your 'Q, brew some good, strong iced tea to go with that brisket, it'll be great.
