Redwood Lounge - Salt Lake City

Bar is cash only and only atm doesn't work. Service is rude and dismissive. Million other bars in salt lake you should go to this isn't one.

I am not young, but I was, by many years, the youngest person here. I imagine it may slant a little younger on a Friday Saturday night. My bartender was the nicest lady named Bette who looks like she has been doing this for a very long time, perhaps longer than I have been alive. It looks as if this place was put together in the 60's or 70's, and while it may not have been updated since, it is in good repair. The awesome vinyl booths are not ripped to shreds and it is clean. Super dim and awesome just like a bbq place called the Redwood lounge should be.

Both Angela and bob are amazing very friendly and professional, definitely the best bar in town. I personally keep coming every time because of the service and how professional they are. The drinks are also good priced as well.

What's not to love? Perfect step back in time. Clean. Cheap beer. I adore this place.

I just moved in down the road and this is my favorite bar around. Everything you want from a dive bar! Great prices, cheap snacks, $1 pool and a laid back atmosphere.
